Written in the winter of early 2014 upon Paras Memon's move to the attic of the Artel, a dreamland/treehouse-sembling nook of a room, an inspiring and calming setting they called home for the duration of this album and the rest of their time in Kingston. Songs are written of a melancholic yet beautiful year, of forgiveness, self-discovery and new beginnings; a musical channel to the muted landscapes of their mind. Recorded and produced by God's gift to Kingston, Matt Rogalsky. Sun & Sea and For God's Chosen Vegans have been produced with the collaboration of human of the year, Stephen Del Duca. Photo cover by New York visual artist, Claire Filipek, a sketch from a life drawing class circa 2012. Photos of the artist are credited to their sister, Michelle Memon.
